《致命聯盟：烈焰》是一款追求打擊感和速度感的快節奏棒球格鬥遊戲，有著極具特色的角色設計和令人印象深刻的原聲音樂。在閃耀之都中，反重力球很久以前就被政府歸為非法運動。那些堅持打球的團隊被稱為致命聯盟。直到現在，這些選手們依然在地下聯盟賽中為挑戰與榮耀而戰。
遊戲的目標是用球擊敗你的對手。展示你的操作技巧，以完美的角度來擊球吧；或者使用角色的特殊技能，讓你的對手大吃一驚。每次擊球都會讓球速提高，還有幾率翻倍加速！你可以把球換成自己喜歡的類型，畢竟在這種速度下，桌子也能像球一樣轉起來！本作支援本地多人對戰，也有單人模式和聯網模式！
特點
最多支援4人對戰：
在本地或網上戰鬥吧，既有1V1模式，也有2V2或4人大亂鬥模式！
上手簡單，精通困難：
一開始你只需要學會如何擊球加速，接下來可以使用扣殺、觸擊、特技提高自己的優勢。然後更進一步，學會格擋和投擲來反擊對手。當然了，戰術和套路也必不可少！
更多未解鎖的額外內容：
在遊戲中可以解鎖角色和外觀，還有未披露的新模式和新場地。除此外，更多BGM等著你去收集。
單機模式：
獨步踏上本壘板，在街機模式中擊敗全有對手，和終極BOSS決一死戰。或者遊玩劇情模式，瞭解閃耀之都背後的故事。
多種模式和選項：
選擇你最喜歡的戰鬥規則——HP歸零、一擊必殺或是得分取勝。還有各種玩法可供選擇，打靶、得分戰，以及某種叫作致命排球的比賽……
非同尋常的配樂：
結合了霹靂舞曲、嘻哈和浩室風格的OST！長沼英樹、Frank Klepacki、Pixelord、Bignic和Klaus Veen等多名大師參與編曲！
